By accessing or using our Website, Chatbots, and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Website or Chatbots.

Proprietary Rights; Reservations of Rights: The WASA AssociationBot.AI platform contains intellectual property that is protected by copyright laws, international copyright treaties, and other intellectual property laws and agreements. The Washington Association of School Administrators (WASA) and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all content published on this Website, Chatbots, and materials used on the WASA AssociationBot.AI platform or our Chatbots, as outlined in the license described below.   • Reproduce, duplicate, copy, or otherwise exploit material on this Website of it's Chatbots for a commercial purpose;

  • Redistribute material from this Website or it's Chatbots, except for content specifically and expressly made available for redistribution.

5. Prohibited Uses and Activities

You must not use this Website in any way that causes, or may cause, damage to the Website or impairment of the availability or accessibility of WASAbot.AI platform or its Chatbots, or in any way that is unlawful, illegal, fraudulent, or harmful, or in connection with any unlawful, illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purpose or activity.

You must not use our Website or its Chatbots to copy, store, host, transmit, send, use, publish, or distribute any material which consists of (or is linked to) any spyware, computer virus, Trojan horse, worm, keystroke logger, rootkit, or other malicious computer software.

You must not conduct any systematic or automated data collection activities on or in relation to our Website or its Chatbots without our express written consent. This includes:
