Why is there a charge to access WASAbot.AI and the chatbots?
To support the development and maintenance of the website and our custom chatbots we will be charging a subscription fee. This fee is necessary to cover the costs associated with the initial development and the ongoing computational resources required for each chatbot interaction, and weekly website expansion and updating ensuring that we can continue to provide high-quality, reliable service.

When does my website subscription expire?
Your subscription automatically renews one year from your sign up date.

What are my responsibilities as a user of the website and chatbots?
Users are responsible for 1. Confidentiality: It is crucial to uphold the confidentiality of all individuals -students, families, employees and others. Refrain from including last names or other personal information in your interactions with artificial intelligence. 2. Verification: Carefully review AI outputs for accuracy, possible bias, fairness, and tone. AI-generated information requires proper verification and analysis, before use. 3. Responsible Use: Users are strictly forbidden from using any tools available on this site to produce deceptive content, impersonate others, or to engage in harmful behaviors.
What can I do to protect privacy?
Only use first names when inputing information into a chatbot, do NOT include financial information or sensative information. Comply with all district, state and federal data security and privacy rules and procedures.
How often will the chatbots be updated?
All chatbots will be monitored for optimal output and updated as feasible. The RCW and WAC Chatbot will be updated annually following each legislative session.
